My husband likes playing hockey and pickleball at the Goderich YMCA and I also enjoy playing pickleball. I would like to get back to doing some yoga classes as well. Having a program schedule allows us to select activities that suit our time schedule. The Y staff are great!

The Y has a good variety of activities and workout equipment.
Variety of equipment and classes offered. I am also pleased with the spacing of the equipment…it instills a sense of comfort/safety during these still challenging times.

Everything! From the smiles I am greeted with each morning, to the professional, caring instructors who keep me active and coming back. The Goderich YMCA is my home away from home. The place where I am welcomed, feel safe and my body, mind and spirit are kept alive.

Access to aquafit, and being a member of Goderich allows me to take part in activities including aquafit at other locations, that are at times more suitable to my schedule.
