Great facilities
Excellent staff.
Everything ...young and old have featured programs.
There is always an opportunity to participate. Programs are layed out in a manner that allows me the flexibility to choose any program I may want to attend. The personal trainers, employees and the volunteers that devote their time to ensure these programs are well designed and are run smoothly for all participants at any level need a big pat on the back for a job well done. I always feel great every time I complete the Programs I choose.

I am not a member. I use the Community Walking Track feature. I appreciate the hours
which are available to use this feature.
