It was our first day but l found both instructors for yoga and stretch very professional. I en joyed both classes very much.
Love group fitness, power and active are my favourites. Love that my 14 yr old can work out with his dad too.
Specifically theirs is one representative at the front desk that should be recognized (I’m afraid I don’t know his name unfortunately). He is a young gentleman with dark curly hair. He always greets patrions in a very friendly and happy manner. He is always more than willing to help all individuals. He makes me want to go to the gym and always makes me feel like I am welcome and makes me feel like my attendance is valued!
Great pool and very clean. Take my grandson on Thursdays the staff are really nice!

Excellent instructor; she’s very engaging and fun. Pool is beautiful and the group participating are lovely and made me feel welcome.
Clean friendly organized,I would really like to see chair yoga and chair fit as Tuesday morning program for ladies day out,I have fibromyagia and would really like to get back in shape after covid and stay on a weekly steady routine 😀
Nice pool, although lane swims sometimes crowded due to reduced lanes.

They are flexible
I very much enjoy the walking track, I use it at least once a week. I also use the pool about once a week - I wish the lane swim schedule was earlier as 8:30-9:30 is just too late in the evening for someone who works during the day. As a side note, I believe a new cleaning product or chemical is being used at this facility, I’ve noticed it is quite irritating to the nose when you are walking on the track for half an hour.
The facility is beautiful. Wide variety of options to participate in and reasonably priced. The free usage of the indoor track is wonderful. My only wish would be an outdoor track too.
This facility is so clean, friendly and has everything you need to get feeling good 😊
The staff
Aquafit is a real great session for me because my balance is extremely poor to begin with. I am not able to exercise out of water because I have limited balance. The water is up to my chest which holds me up and protects me from falling. I am able to complete the 45 minutes of the exercises, doing the first level. The people I exercise with are just the friendliest to have around me. Our instructor is very pleasant and always so upbeat and very caring in her nature towards all of us. I am so thankful to have StarTech.com YMCA so close to our residence and it is a beautiful accommodation with great staff who are very kind and with gentle mannerism towards me, with every time of contact I have with any of them.
I am very thankful for every opportunity I have to participate in the Aquafit program. I was born with cerebral palsy on my right side and I am 70 years of age. It is the last avenue I have with exercising, which aids in maintaining my vertical position due to my health needs.
I can not thank the YMCA enough for blessing my life and the joys it brings me while exercising and socializing with the fine people I exercise with in the Aquafit course and our pleasant instructor for our 9 a.m. session.

I like the Aquafit class and schedule for the pool. Very energetic leader!
I adore the staff they are all so nice! My daughter absolutely adores the childminders and my older kids love the staff who run the programs for the older kids. Everyone is so friendly and enthusiastic! We also love and use the library there all the time! It’s a great family outing for evenings or weekends especially if the weather isn’t great
It keeps me agile and limber. It also helps with my anxiety and mental health. Also broadens my social skills. Aquafit is an amazing and affordable workout
I've just recently got evolved into the YMCA. I am loving the programs as well as the classes that they have to offer. I honestly look forward to going which is huge for me!!
I like swimming programs and adult fitness programs.it would be nice if adult group fitness programs have more time options!
There are fun and sport programs for everyone in the family to enjoy. Only thing, I would love to see extended hours especially on the weekend.

The people who work at the startech/Bostwick location make that location what it is. They’re enthusiastic, supportive, welcoming, encouraging and they make the facility feel like home not only for myself but for my children as well.
I like the drop in acquafit classes.
