I like that I can just buy a pass for the pool. By providing that option, I was able to access the club how I wanted. Now, I’m interested in other offerings by the club and am planning a full membership. Thank you!
I just started Aquafit and absolutely love the class. I also LOVE how warm the room/water is - that is a game changer for going to the Y vs. Another pool. I also love how friendly everyone is - the customer service staff, instructors, etc.
My only suggestion for improvement is to add more customer service staff at the front desk. Several times I’ve had to wait too long - once it was almost half an hour. Perhaps it’s the rush of people with new year resolutions but knowing it’s more busy at this time of year adding temporary staff to assist would be helpful. I also waited in line for a long time one day and another customer service assistant opened and a bunch of people from the back of the line went rushing over to her….I think having some type of queue where first-come, first-served would be a more fair approach.

There's lots of activities, good equipment, nice pool and friendly people at a low cost.
I love that the activities are open to a variety of fitness levels. Modifications are shown and different weights are available. I love that the staff and the instructors are welcoming and encouraging.
I like the Aqua fit. That’s the only program I’m signed up with.
I used to go to fitness class and chair yoga on Thursdays when it was free for seniors.
Extra swimming lessons for kids age under 10
I only do aquafit because of the ability to make my own schedule and the reasonable cost. I also like the variety of instructors.
The clean facilities and friendly staff

Dirty change rooms especially dust hanging down forbover 4 month. I showed a staff and nothing was done. Gross

I only come there for lane swimming. The large pool is well maintained, the water is clear, and the water temperature is perfect for swimming.
