The gym is spacious, clean and well maintained. Plenty of equipment and for the time we go to the gym, there is no need to wait to use the equipment. The staff is friendly.
I use the pool for lane swimming and walk on track. I like the flexible hours and great facilities. The environment is super clean and staff are very polite and helpful. Just a great place to be.

I like that I can just buy a pass for the pool. By providing that option, I was able to access the club how I wanted. Now, I’m interested in other offerings by the club and am planning a full membership. Thank you!
I just started Aquafit and absolutely love the class. I also LOVE how warm the room/water is - that is a game changer for going to the Y vs. Another pool. I also love how friendly everyone is - the customer service staff, instructors, etc.
My only suggestion for improvement is to add more customer service staff at the front desk. Several times I’ve had to wait too long - once it was almost half an hour. Perhaps it’s the rush of people with new year resolutions but knowing it’s more busy at this time of year adding temporary staff to assist would be helpful. I also waited in line for a long time one day and another customer service assistant opened and a bunch of people from the back of the line went rushing over to her….I think having some type of queue where first-come, first-served would be a more fair approach.
