I wish there were lines above the pool so on back stroke you could orient yourself where you are in relation to your lane and can stay in your lane going straight.
Feedback. From Strathroy and really wish we had an indoor pool and didn't have to drive to London to swim or have access to such a beautiful facility.
Aquafit instructor is skilled and the classes are fun.
Change rooms are bright and clean and plenty of lockers available.
Lots of parking, although a few more handicapped parking spots wouId be helpful.

I like the child mining and the swimming although I wish the hours were better for the child mining and the pool area was warmer the kids / babies are always super cold
I LOVE the aquafit classes. I have been attending since the Boswivk opening. However, the classes are becoming much too crowded. Hence the change rooms and the showers are also becoming dirty. Since these classes are so crowded the area needs much much more attention in cleaning. Sometimes, way to much often lately, even first thing in the morning the change rooms are dirty, the floors, the seating areas have hair and dried out spots from the night before. Looks like the are not cleaned regularly and properly. It is concern for transmitable bacteria.
We had as many as 82 people in the water attending the class, so wondering if the water in the pool is also checked regularly. There is an imminent need to have these concerns addressed for health reasons. Thank you for giving me the chance to address my concerns.
Nice to have child care while using the facilities.
Clean change rooms and washrooms
I do Aquafit and love the classes. The people at the facility are friendly and helpful from the instructors and lifeguards to the desk staff. The locker rooms are very clean and well set up. There is plenty of parking and it is free! All in all this is a great facility that I enjoy spending time at. I would like to see more deep water Aquafit classes.
I can always find a program or activity that interests me.
They are fun and makes me learn a lot
Our instructor is amazing! She engages well with the children and the parents. She is always prepared, starts and ends the class on time and finds new ways to teach the skills each week. Definitely stands out as one of the best instructors there! The challenge this session and last, is when there is a substitute instructor. The instructor is obviously uncomfortable and unprepared. The class two weeks ago...we got in the water 10 minutes late and she ended the class 5 minutes early. It is a lot of work to get your toddler there for a 15-minute class that is entirely play time. I know there is no easy solution but would almost rather know when the instructor won't be there so we can opt not to go that week.
