The cleaning products are not harsh nor too fragrant. The house smells fresh and clean when Jessica is done and we are very satisfied. While her training, which was to make things look fancier, didn't suit our style or needs, she very easily shifted to what was most important to us and that was a deep clean. We were very grateful for that.

It’s very easy to communicate with Merry Maids when setting up your service as Alex is so responsive. The team members cleaning are very thorough, flexible to priorities you ask for, and work really hard with the time they have in the home. Very friendly as well. I also find the pricing is very fair and can work with different price points. Would recommend to anyone looking for cleaning help.

The people who come to clean my home are always pleasant and friendly. They do a very good job. The products they use seem to do the job well. I also appreciate the fact that a supervisor from Merry Maids comes to the house periodically to check on the work being done. I think this helps to keep everyone focussed and ensures quality work every time.

As a result of an issue I had, I was unable to keep my apartment clean for a year. I was ashamed of how it looked and a bit embarrassed of the state of it when 2 Ladies arrived for a deep clean. They made me quite comfortable and I left so they could get to it.
They completed the task in less than the predicated time. I was in awe when I returned. I could hardly believe it was the same apartment/condo.
The rate was good and they did not miss an inch. The workers were wonderful people. I will continue to utilize this business. Fair rates and professional workers.
