Alex, the manager, went above and beyond to help me. My mom was hospitalized very suddenly and we needed some help having her condo cleaned before she was release from the hospital. Alex assigned two wonderful employees who agreed to come earlier than scheduled to accommodate mom's early arrive.
The cleaning twosome was there on time and worked diligently on cleaning every nook in the home. My Mom and I were EXTREMELY please with the result.

The cleaners do a really great job and they are pleasant and cooperative and helpful.
Something that's always impressed me about Merry Maids is that there is no "attitude" with the cleaners and given the nature of the job I think there's lots of opportunity for that. But it never happens.
Something else that I might remark upon is the response that I get when I email the boss with even the tiniest problem. It's attended to right away and again in a positive and helpful manner.
This is a business and it seems to me that somebody is running the business well.
