love the smell of Lavender when I walk into the apartment....

I just want to sing the praises of Cheri and Ashley! They turned a potential negative into a very big positive. I was not happy with the service as multiple things were missed and not up to my satisfaction and instead of just letting me be disappointed they ran to the conflict and resolved it! This is such a rare and wonderful business trait and hats off to both of them for standing by their service AND ensuring customer satisfaction!! Well done.

The cleaning products do a good job in our home. I like the fact that I have 2 main women who alternate every cleaning day and both are very good and reliable as well as friendly. Consistency is very important to me. Having an established date also helps in planning my week.

Flexibility. Products used are not overwhelming in odour which is something I am sensitive to. Cleaner always willing to listen to any request I may make. Cleaning is overall satisfactory.
My one suggestion at this time is better communication to let me know if cleaner will be earlier or later than an agreed upon time. This helps to better prepare for their arrival.
