Thanks for asking for feedback. I do appreciate being asked. Overall, the experience has been good with the cleaning service. I know it might be challenging to schedule, but I would prefer if there was a consistent person or team cleaning the home. This last clean, the basement bathroom was left in a bit of disarray - my sense is there was a rush to get the job done. Some obvious areas in the kitchen were missed being cleaned as well (in the sink and on the counter by the coffee bar area.)

Products are all natural/chemical free and of course the team that comes is always friendly and does a great job! (i have a dog and everyone has been awesome with her).
Being an 82 year old widow, i feel very comfortable with the team and you have been very accommodating with a few changes we have had to adjust for health reasons.
The cleaners did a very thorough job of deep cleaning our house. They worked diligently without the need of any direction from us. The house sparkled, and that’s with a dog that sheds, contributing to our need to have a deep cleaning. I would highly recommend this company

Totally happy with the clean—The office looks awesome! The team was super chill and easy to work with, and they knocked it out fast. They even folded the toilet paper into those fancy little triangles, which totally made my day. Big difference walking into a fresh space.

Home was left sparkling clean. From the ceiling down to the baseboards. No streaks left on wood floors, nor on the mirrors. Stove/oven knobs and sinks cleaner than I’ve ever been able to. Dusting done to very high standards. Cleaning staff friendly and personable.
