My carpets look worse then when started. Was nothing like first experience with Zero Rez.
Very dissatisfied. Can still see all the film on the carpets and all stains are surfaced on carpet. Looks as if the dirty water was just dumped back into carpet.

I have used Zerorez on two different occasions and both times the they arrived on time and both times the men were professional, courteous, and did a great job of cleaning my carpets. They ask questions, checked the rooms out and went to work. When they were finished they ask me to check out the rooms with them to ensure it met with my satisfaction; which it did. The carpets look great! They were heavily trafficked, lots of various stains. The stuff you put down, coupled with the steam just worked as advertised. I'm delighted with the results. Victor was terrific. He paid incredible attention to detail and did a first rate job. The price was fair. I got value.
