If I have an issue between treatments, you send someone out to take care of for no extra charge. For example, When my lawn care people said they were getting stung with bees next to a wooden retaining wall, I called Terminix and they came out and sprayed them killing the nest.
The Spruce Pine Terminix folks are always professional, helpful, and friendly! The technician even made a special visit on one occasion to remove a hornet infestation from our firewood pile--at no extra charge because we are on their quarterly maintenance plan and have been for nearly 30 years.
