Rodney (our Terminix representative) is very thorough, professional and very accommodating. Bobbie was our rep previously,and he was just as professional and nice as Rodney. I find that the professionalism and kindness usually works its way from the top. Good people hire good people. Firstly, I liked the service guys you sent, Bill and Alex. They had a personality that any client would want to deal with.
Secondly, the paperwork was thorough, and if I had a problem, Bill tried his best to explain.
Thirdly, Terminix was prompt, and if there were a delay, I was notified.
Lastly, I appreciate the senior deduction even if it was not listed. Going through the problems with my husband's medical issue, this was truly a blessing.
