Service has always been consistent and on time. I have never had an issue so I cannot speak to the claims process, however the preventive maintenance and inspections has always been without issue. Never having a bug issue is a good thing and goes to the preventive maintenance/inspection as action in work. The Terminix staff and field team members have always been pleasant to talk too, so based on my experiences I would recommend. My service from Terminix is for my annual Termite Bond continuation seven years running.
