Always nice and courteous, calls a day before coming out and ask if I have any special instructions. I have pets and they always make sure that the side gate is closed. I have never had a problem and if I did, they will make sure to correct any issue.

RS is always thorough when here and respectful of my time. This last time he caught that there was disconnect in the heating duck in the crawl space under my house and explained where it was. I had it repaired the next day and it made a BIG difference in the heating for my house.
