I am so pleased with Terminex! Sometimes I have to reschedule more than once due to my work and it's never a problem. I have no bugs anymore and if I did I'm free to call for a service at no charge! The techs I've had have been great. I've gotten to know them and we catch up briefly while they are at my home. I am personable and I appreciate the relationship that I have with my tech, because they are too, even if I only see them every three months! I really like my guy, his name is Mark. Cody of Spruce Pine Terminix has been doing an outstanding job of taking care of two houses for us in the Linville area for at least 8 years. We had a YellowJacket issue, and he took care of it on the same day that I called. Your office staff is excellent as well, cordial, professional and efficient.

The Service Professional always asks if anything has changed-eg: are we having a different pest problem. We have had 3 Pros over the years here in North Carolina and each is thorough, never Shortcuts & relays info back to us if he finds a need for something different. They are always willing to Re- Treat if the First treatment is not enough. We have only had to do this once with a Black Ant Infestation! We've used the service in Franklin for 18 years and used Terminix for Both our Atlannta Homes for 20 years before that! We are Sold on Terminix. Thank You!
