The staff of Burlington Bike Shop were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. At a time of the year when their shop was packed with inpatient customers (Christmas), the staff took the time to continually update my family as to our place in line and had offered us to view and test ride one of their new electric bikes while we waited. I cannot say enough about my family's experience and are grateful that we ended up at Burlington Bike Shop (redirected from Trek's website) for our cycling needs. My boyfriend and I came in early on a Saturday looking for a very specific bike. We were greeted by a super nice guy who directed us towards the bike I wanted. He patiently waited as I tried out different sizes and helped me make my decision. Once my bike was built he continued to help me by adjusting my seat and handle bars. I also talked to a few other staff members and they were friendly and nice. I left with the bike I wanted while having a great experience and supporting a local business. 10/10 would buy again.
