The staff of Burlington Bike Shop were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. At a time of the year when their shop was packed with inpatient customers (Christmas), the staff took the time to continually update my family as to our place in line and had offered us to view and test ride one of their new electric bikes while we waited. I cannot say enough about my family's experience and are grateful that we ended up at Burlington Bike Shop (redirected from Trek's website) for our cycling needs. We will definitely be back for additional bikes, accessories, and preventative maintenance services. Thank you for a wonderful experience and kind, courteous service. I undoubtedly agree that "Customers are our priority."

Service is great. Everyone is helpful and friendly. The lady at the register is very nice. Jimmy is very knowledgeable and very helpful with getting whatever you need. The selection of accessories for any kind of bike is top notch. Best in the business. I shop at Burlington and I live an hour away.
