Burlington Bike shop is awesome. The atmosphere, and the knowledge of 2022 models all back to models 40+ years ago is impeccable . Jeremy is excellent, very customer focused, and makes you feel at home. I live 44 minutes and 32 miles from this bike shop. I pass so many on the way to Burlington like Action Wheels and Peddler Shop, yet I feel at home at Burlington. The shop captures the nostalgia of my childhood but with modern models and parts. To me, the longer trip in the car is worth the experience.

I was blown away at the level of customer service by all the employees I was able to speak to. They helped me with my purchase and has made recommendations for future services without pressure. We purchased an SE Big Flyer for my son for Xmas. It had to be ordered and we were assured it would not take more than 2 weeks and they were exactly right. They even offered us a 10% discount on our next purchase. I 100% intend to recommend your store to everyone I know looking for bicycle purchases and services and I plan on purchasing another bike from your store in the near future. This bike shop did an amazing job with customizing different parts of my brother’s bikes. We brought rims, hubs, and rim tape to them and they customized it and had it ready within the next few days. This bike shop is better than the one we used to go even though it is a little bit further away from home.
