Jimmy Madden took the time to explain various products to me and he was a perfect gentleman. He also is very knowledgeable regarding bikes and various accessories. He called me after I left the shop to keep me informed on the status of my order.
Then, when I picked up my bike rack, the owner himself took the care to install it and explained how to use it. Both of these men made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer.
In fact, neither of these guys knew it but I had already bought another rack 2 days earlier (from another shop and still in the box) which I returned, to buy their Kuat product instead.

Great customer service from Jim, he provided recommendations for touring bicycle as well as making recommendation to another shop that could possibly meet my needs. Then when I needed to have a wheel built to accommodate a hub and a USB charging port added he provided the necessary labor even though the charging port was faulty. Highly recommend this shop.
