Great customer service from Jim, he provided recommendations for touring bicycle as well as making recommendation to another shop that could possibly meet my needs. Then when I needed to have a wheel built to accommodate a hub and a USB charging port added he provided the necessary labor even though the charging port was faulty. Highly recommend this shop.

I have purchased numerous bikes here and have had my bikes serviced here as well. The staff is great to work with. They are very friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of bikes and the service is always top notch and my bikes work perfect when they are done working on them.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff, very quick service and turnaround
We went in for training wheels for my Grandson's bike. Not only did they install the training wheels, they checked the tires, adjusted the seat and adjusted the handle bars! Very nice people! You don't get that service at Amazon or Target! Thanks! Lucas is really enjoying his bike!
