Once again an awesome experience at Burlington County Bike Shop! My grandson blew out his tire and, of course, wanted to take the opportunity to change the color scheme. His bike is all black so he can customize it and he does! The folks that work there are fantastic, patient and helpful with this 11 year old and his Nana...lol. The bike looks fantastic, and I wouldn't expect anything less from these guys. They made sure everything was perfect, checked out everything and cleaned it up. He's been having a blast riding it for the past two days! This shop is an hour away from us but I wouldn't go anywhere else! Totally worth the trip. If you want good customer service and excellent skills/advice for your bike and/or purchase!

I've had very limited interaction to date but there was good communication related to a bike that I purchased online and it was delivered when it was scheduled.

I always feel like I'm the only person in the store. The staff is extremely attentive and patient with me. The knowledgeable they have is superior, they ask me what I feel is the best product for me after they explain them to me. They are never aggressive. Like some places trying to push the most expensive products on you.

All of the mechanics are always friendly and quick to help with whatever is needed.
