We were helped my Gavin, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. My son turned 13 yesterday and Gavin helped us pick out an SE 26 neon yellow bike. He also helped my son pick out some spoke skins. Lastly, I believe there was a manager who was very helpufl as well, I did not get his name but both him and Gavin helped me convince my son to grab a new helmet as well that he wore this weekend. The manager hooked him up with a free jersey, thank you. We drove almost an hour to get here and it was worth it, have a great day!

The employees in the repair shop were amazing! They took the time to show my son basic maintenance tips and were able to repair his pedal within minutes!

Brought my bike in for a spring tune-up. Everything was done to perfection - took the bike out for a test ride yesterday and everything adjusted perfect. The chain runs through the derailleurs as smooth and quiet as a cobra slithering through tall grass.
