everything is good except I do not receive the phone call to tell me that my truck service is done ?? They said they call and left a message ?? I have nothing on my phone from them. They verified my phone number when I dropped it off ! ??

My sales person, Chad Hatcher was very good about creating the deal on the truck that I purchased. He seemed as more of a friend then a salesmen. The service department has always been on top of my service needs. Scheduling couldn’t be any easier.

My wife and I saw a car at Don Franklin Glasgow. We scheduled a test drive on their website and a salesperson called us to learn more. On the day of the appointment, we saw another car at a Don Franklin Corbin. When our salesperson called, they informed us that the first car had been sold. We asked if they could bring the other car to Glasgow. During the wait we found another car at DF Glasgow. We ended up test driving cars 2 & 3 and purchased the last one tested. We can't say enough kind words for our salesperson Stacy Manning and Finance Director Byron Sorrell. Thank You Stacy for going the extra mile before, during, and after the sale!
