Just want to say I made my appointment on line and when I got there it did not show I had one. It was no problem they got my car in quickly and took care of me. I don’t have anything negative to say about the employees that work at the Glasgow dealership they have always been extra nice when I go there. I bought my car there with out hassle. Enjoy my entire interaction with this dealership.

The service is good but would suggest giving the customer a total printout what all was done instead of 7 point inspection that way the customer would know how good is the battery the tread on the tires and so forth

I like the friendly courteous and knowledgeable staff Doug and his team down at the Nissan building have been extremely helpful everyone I see and meet while I'm waiting is extremely nice and helpful and offering anything I may need thank you Don Franklin for all your services you do for me and my wife. We will continue to do business with this company we highly recommend them for anyone.

Really like the Cadillac xt5. Debbie wanted to go back to Cadillac and loved the style. Chad Hatcher was a great guy and very knowledgeable of car. Everyone at Franklin Cadillac was respectful and courteous. Highly recommend!
