Great staff - welcoming, friendly and helpful! I enjoy the line dancing class and I take advantage of the fitness room almost daily.
I am a supporter of the Ballroom Dance, I tell many dancers about the Healthy Living Center and its dances. But with COVID this has be stopped, I hope it starts back up soon.
I like working out in the fitness gym---especially the treadmill and weight machines.
The Healthy Living Y in Council Bluffs, Ia is the best I have ever been to. The place is well managed, very clean, and also, the people, ALL of them are so nice. Everyone is so friendly. This is so refreshing considering how many I have gone to for pool therapy. This one I get to work on my own and I love that pool, so warm. I am so glad I started going to this one. And this is in Co, Bluffs, not Omaha, why it's called Omaha I don't know.

I love the pool & appreciate keeping a reserved lap lane for swimmers
Like the fact that all classes are included with your membership. Extremely enjoy the warm water pool. Hoping that more lifeguards will be hired to prevent early closing

I like the water volleyball! Great exercise! Anything in the water for my fibromyalgia, arthritis and neuropathy. Need to have water volleyball Monday, Wednesday and Friday. 3 times a week. Or Monday and Thursday. Needs to be an hour long.
Lot of women
They are definitely fun and geared for seniors. The staff at this center are so polite and friendly. Definitely receive the “ personal touch”.
Love the weight room and the availability of trainers.
I love the pool and volleyball
I really enjoy the classes and instructors at the Center it gives me great exercise and helps me to stay fit
They are what is advertised. There are different levels for different people. Exercise equipment for people who cannot use 'the usual' stuff they have at gyms. And the POOL! Heated for arthritis. Ahhhh...
Great instructors, friendly people, and we don't have to listen to loud, deafening noise that some call music.
The Health Center is great because the programs and activities allow for socializing while learning, get out of the house, and staying fit (mentally and physically). It's never overly crowded like the other gyms with inconsiderate people - everyone has been very polite that I have encountered. There is diverse selection of social activities to participate in from cards to crafting (can't wait for things to fully get back to normal after covid for all of those to come back full force). Most group workout programs are early enough I don't have to worry about traffic at rush times. And, I'm not going to lie, I really love that there are not young children running around, especially in the pool area.
My husband and I thoroughly enjoy working out at The Center. The pool happens to be closed this week and I will miss the workout and the social life that we have.
Good exercise.
The warm water workouts in the pool are very rejuvenating.
I feel I get a good workout for my age. Now that the COVID restrictions have been removed, it is nice to be able to just walk in for a class rather than try and get booked. Lots of activities to choose from.
Keeps me moving and so many friends!
Everyone is so friendly. Nicely paced classes.

They are letting me work at my own pace and the machines I want to work on. Friendly people
