I really like Lawana's Get Up n' Go and also her Pilates classes. It's fun and informative. These are my favorite classes at the Healthy Living Center on South Main Street.

Heated pool. The Arthritis Aquatics program is excellent, great instructor.
I like that you are focused more on older members and members with health issues. I feel more comfortable at the smaller facility and appreciate all the great programs you have available.
Enjoy very much the aquatic exercises on Tuesday and Thursday. And my husband uses the treadmill, exercise bike, and also the free weights. Been a life saver for us to have a social life also.

Classes for different levels. Fun workouts like Cardio Drumming.
The pool is like no other in this area in that it is very therapeutic for what ails you.
It has all the equipment I can use. It is used by people of my age. Have been a member for over 15 years.
The classes are great and the members are friendly. The music is always played at a reasonable volume. I always have a good time. The only drawback is the drive time and there is not much you can do to improve that.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff teaching the classes. I enjoy being at the center 3 to 5 times a week.

Everyone is so friendly. I love the arthritis pool classes with Lori. It is good for this old (83yr) body and so much fun with great people. All the folks at the desk,lifeguards, etc are great. And the water is warm!
