Tai chi very good. I feel stronger by doing the class
I love the heated pool, it is a great feature. I would love it this location went back to the hours it had before COVID. I would even settle for opening at 6am instead of 7am. For those of us who work, and like the heated pool vs the pool at the other YMCA, it would be great.

Instructors are very good, kind and easy to talk to when asking questions.
I just use the pool for exercise, and I like the warm water and have met some very nice people.
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the pool at the Healthy Living Center. I wish it would open earlier, like it used to, so I can get a full hour workout before needing to be at work.

The group class instructors are very easy to follow and make sure that you know that you can do what you can do without pressure and without pushing you.
The activities & environment are focussed on seniors. There is a plethora of activities to choose from every day. Everyone is friendly and inviting. The instructors are very knowledgeable and focussed on senior activities.

They are fun, and you can make friends easily.
The gym is clean. The rest room is clean. Before the COVID pandemic, there are a lot of card players gathering in the dining room everyday. Now there are no card players anymore. There are good coffee and ice tea supplies for sweating gym exercisers
Classes ranges from easier workouts to more challenging so it is easy to find one that fits your level. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Pickleball is an amazing sport with little strain on the joints. Swimming in a therapeutic pool is worth its weight in gold. Amazing way to make new friends.
I really like the Aqua classes and the low impact cardio strength with Mindy and power waves also.Still have others I want to try also 😊
The staff is very friendly, the classes that I take are convenient. I think the programs cater to all ages.
