I've only participated in two exercise classes but the instructors have been excellent. 9:00 am is a good time for me.

I really enjoy swimming laps in the pool. My doctor recommends swimming as the best aerobic exercise for me considering my arthritis. Being able to reserve a lane, makes that possible. Everyone is always friendly and the facility is clean.
