I've only participated in two exercise classes but the instructors have been excellent. 9:00 am is a good time for me.

I really enjoy swimming laps in the pool. My doctor recommends swimming as the best aerobic exercise for me considering my arthritis. Being able to reserve a lane, makes that possible. Everyone is always friendly and the facility is clean.

There is a pretty wide variety of activities and classes that are offered. I really enjoy the yoga and pilates classes. I wish more options were offered for classes, some run at the same time as others.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

They are geared to just anyone that wants to participate. There is some kind of class or activity that will be helpful to any age or physical ability. The Healthy Living Center is the greatest place in Council Bluffs.
