Lots of exercise class options
Cynthia has a really helpful Yoga class on Sunday. She offers helpful suggestions to help each lesson taker with their individual issues. A+
You had an outstanding water instructor (Mo). He helped each individual and had a large following. He also taught the same class at the YMCA near 132nd and Center. I was there for his class but there wasn't enough space in the pool because a couple of lap lanes had been roped off. Mo said that he was suppose to have sufficient room for his class. He went to the office; we were then told he was no longer teaching the class and had left. He was replaced by a woman playing horribly loud music and prancing around on the deck. I left the Southwest Y and haven"t been back. It would be great if Sarpy could get Mo back.
Its a friendly environment. I love the zumba classes.

I have a bad knee so the water aerobics has been awesome for me.It allows me to have the cardio workout without the high impact on my knee! I also like the variety of classes offered and the price!

It would be great to have another Dance Fit class on another evening or even a weekend day. Many of us work during the week days so can't go to the morning class that Kara teaches. Thursday night class is always packed!
I like the water walking and the deep water exercises
It is organized and we feel it is the right amount of time. The class sizes aren't to large.

It would be nice if cleaning crew posts a dog daily telling us the time when they sanitized the area!
That they are included with the membership. There are a wide variety of programs and activities for everyone of all ages.
There are plenty of workout regimens to choose from. I’m particularly pleased with the availability of personal trainers.

I participate in the Silver Sneakers program. I really wish the Sarpy Y would invest in some new equipment for this program. The hand weights are in horrible condition but the bands are filthy.
Please support this program as there are many women & men who love this program. That’s why we continue to come even though the equipment is so bad.
The instructors
The instructors are good with the kids and encourage them to take the next step in their learning. The individual courses get more challenging and they flow easily into the next level.

Sure beats staying home all the time
