There are so many group fitness classes to choose from, and such amazing instructors! It's great to see the diversity of people who enjoy the Y.

I think SARPY HAS THE BIGGEST SELECTION classes for Seniors. Yeah, that's me .

It's conveniently located for me. The times are convenient. The instructors are friendly and interested in keeping us healthy & socially connected.

The variety and schedule of classes. Instructors are engaging and motivating. As a participant you always feel welcome, and are encouraged to work at your own level.

Love the pool for exercise after back surgery. My grandkids love it too. They have also been involved with the summer program and holding birthday pool parties there.
