Fun for the kids
All the group fitness classes are friendly to lots of different bodies and ability levels - it's so fun to have people across the spectrum enjoying moving together!
I only wish that Monday night Deep Water and Zumba weren't at the same time - I wish I could go to both!

Line dancing and water aerobics
I enjoy being able to attend a class without having to register for it and working out at your own pace.
Everyone is polite , respectful and friendly.
I appreciate all of the activities for Active Older Adults, chair yoga, senior circuit & Silver Sneakers. Good instructors, variety, & interesting, informative topics, community outreach, & parties. Sarpy is the best!!

I have not taken any classes. I used the gym and the swimming pool. I appreciate the clean facilities and the friendly staff.

Love the group classes! All the instructors are so great and many of them try to learn your name also which is helpful in staying motivated to keep showing up. My kids love going to child watch also and the "teachers" are all so attentive to them. I have been to other gyms where this is not the case and they just let the TV babysit, but not so here! They are wonderful.

Weightlifting g and cardio….
I like the Y because of childwatch. I do wish, however, that there was a nicer seating area, in case of needing to feed myself baby while I'm out. Instead I choose to feed her in the car, if it comes to that.
