Your staff is very friendly and helpful. The gym is also clean or being cleaned. Everyone is always helpful.

Open to all ages and ability levels, the classes and equipment are great motivation to get, and stay, in good physical shape. Parking is easy too! Always a bonus. ❤️
I think this place is great. Workers are really nice and are ready to help and have coffee ready in the AM. The place is always clean and never have trouble using the equipment I need, so in a way I don't want to recommend this place to others so I don't have to share :)
Kids enjoy going to lessons, wonderful staff.
The instructors are very good and this is especially important to us because our son has autism. Kinzie is outstanding.
I will say, however, that the deck supervisor Nicole is condescending and rude. We like dealing with Ashley who is much more customer/member focused.

I can't comment on that as I've only been a member for a few days. However I will say that it is a very clean well-stocked facility is very professional people.
Nice coaches
Everything, I was raised in the YMCA playing sports. My daughter played softball earlier this year for the first time and had a great experience, my son is playing basketball for the first time right now. We are growing great relationships and the referees are phenomenal in the way that they coach and lead the kids. Tom Stubby does a phenomenal job.

Well priced and organized
I like to be able to go to the Y almost anytime to do my water exercises. I went to a lot of classes and now I can go whenever I want and to the exercies they taught me. I don't like the early morning times so I can go almost whenever I want during the day.
