I enjoy the senior classes.
I only do Silver Sneakers Classic & I only like Kathy Peters SS Classic.
The pace is more consist, she times the exercise to the music which also better.
Definitely better geared to Senior "use it or loose it."
Everyone is friendly & helpful.
Every thing.
I really enjoy the fitness classes and I like that they offer them in the early morning (5:30 a.m.) and in the early evening (5:45 p.m. or later) so that I can get there after work.
My children are 5 and 6 years old and I love that they can play on the same teams together!
All the many choices for classes
The cost- early childhood development in sports and activities.
I enjoy the Senior exercise groups the most , and having them mostly all at the same time everyday of the week. Thank you
We love YMCA sports. YMCA has given our kids a chance to try out different sports and see what sport fits them best, without a long term commitment. Our kids have had a wonderful experience every time they have signed up.
Great supportive environment, inclusive, everyone gets to learn and play
You can get exercise while watching tv
Kids can come with any skill level and ability to have fun. Activities have been well organized and communicated. Volunteers have been great to work with.
Easy to sign up & tracking practices’/ games
Love Dancefit classes because they make working out more fun! My kids enjoy doing the swim lessons.
Unfortunately haven't really has a chance to take advantage of things.
So available.
All the machines that I will ever need are in the building.
I use the special scale and was introduced to Amber. Seems like my weight loss was muscle not fat .
I made an appointment with Rob Gilbert. He set up a program with weights and strength exercises which have helped .
Kaylee and Kelsey have also been helpful when I needed help.
I like the pool and my husband enjoys a variety of classes. I do want the lifeguard situation to get worked out.
Variety of activities and great instructors. Clean facility and everyone friendly and welcoming
Love the pool!
Back when our kids were little and just starting basketball, we loved how the ref would stop the game to teach a player & everybody about something “in the moment.”
Our daughter is older & still plays volleyball. She’s been with the same awesome coach/team since assigned to them when we decided to just give the sport a try. What a blessing! Schedule is simple enough to allow her to continue doing other sports/activities at the same time, which we appreciate.
I have had my kids participate in sports at the Y many times. It is a safe way to introduce them to sports when they are young.
My husband and I have also volunteered to coach every time one of our children is involved. We are always willing to help, however, it is disappointing that some kind of discount is not offered to those willing to give their time. At all other sport programs we are a part of, the coach's kid is either free or gets a big discount. Seems reasonable for all the time and energy put into coaching.
The coaches and team
Great place to start your kids on the right path.
Easy scheduling, locations and pricing
My daughter loves the volleyball program and we are so happy with our coach she is amazing!!!!
The program itself has been great. My only complaint is that the coach we have has no background in volleyball, and has no plan at practice which does not help our girls improve. I know this is on a volunteer basis but maybe there should be some qualifications or they go through some training to know the game? She didn't know where the girls served from, she didn't know how they rotated, etc..
This is our first experience with YMCA sports for our children and so far we are loving it!

Good variety of classes to allow people at any level of fitness to participate
