The YMCA in general has great programs, classes and mission. I was fortunate to visit the Armbrust location for a Zumba event and was pleasantly surprised that the facility was rather large with a swimming pool and slide along with a multitude of new equipment to exercise. Yes I would recommend this site to those who reside close by.

The Y is welcoming and encouraging. Rob has really helped set up a weight program so that I can tone my muscles and lose some weight. Everyone is really friendly and the whole building is hospital clean. Good Job!

I have endless positive things to say about the Armbrust YMCA. It has very helpful and friendly staff. It’s also a great facility. They keep it nice and clean. Even members are very kind and courteous!

Group workouts have GREAT instructors and are scheduled at the perfect times (for me). Also, the monthly cost is really a bargain for everything you get!

I enjoy the body pump class and the pool.
The referee at Up Church on Saturday mornings is great for this skill level. He calls fouls and violations but keeps the game moving.
