I enjoy the yoga classes offered.
The Armbrust Y is well maintained. Dan does a phenomenal job in keeping the Y in tip top shape. The group exercises are available in many different time slots and intensity levels. The instructors are well trained and always helpful with instruction and modifications besides being super friendly and encouraging! Expectations appear high at Armbrust YMCA. Please continue!
Robert is an excellet trainer, I look forward to working with him in the future.
I like it all?
Many activities for seniors!!
I enjoy the 100 mile swim club. It is a fun way to keep track of your swimming.
There is a variety for young kids to try new things and build skills. The instructors are super nice, friendly, and knowledgeable to help my kids learn and grow. My kids seem to always have fun!
Variety of programs offered.
Aquasize
I like that the Ambrust YMCA is open in the morning at 7 when we can work out and in the afternoon. I also like that the pool is available in the morning to swim laps and be able to walk back and forth most days. I like that we get texts when the Y has any issues of what's being offered and if there are any classes canceled. I like that the Y is close to where we live and it's easy access to it.
The ymca offers a variety of options and they are challenging to all levels
The welcoming atmosphere and teamwork in each class and program. I feel like I'm walking into a family center were I am not just a guest but a family member!
Staff was very friendly and helpful. I took an aqua aerobics class and it was the best workout I’ve ever gotten in an aqua class.
Although I live at 45th & Walnut Sts (Morton Meadows) in central Omaha, I do have
the opportunity to utilize the stationary exercise equipment at the Armbrust YMCA.
My presence at this Y location occurs when my wife and I have "grandparent duty"
in Millard. Our granddaughter plays basketball at Andersen Middle School and our
son is the boys basketball coach at Millard South High School. Last Saturday we
celebrated his 100th win as the Patriots head boys basketball coach.
The interactions that I have had with the Y staff have been very friendly.
I appreciate that. At age 72, I have more than enough
time to distract a helpful, friendly Y staff.
Blessings to you.

I love the group fitness classes.
I truly feel as though I am a part of community. I always feel heard and valued. I participate in a variety of classes, and each instructor is informative, engaging and always willing to take extra time before or after classes for questions and help.
Love being able to visit my colleagues at Armbrust! 🥰
I feel included. There are others like me on the beginning of our journey of trying to become healthier and the amount of support is awesome
The instructors and mossa classes. Heather has great, positive and inviting energy. I like Sam’s 30 minute HITT style workouts too. I have taken classes from Emily and Allison as well and they are motivating and fun.
I'm handicapped and only use your pool. Very helpful staff.
I love to swim there. know lots of the other members and really like the instructors.
I have transformed my body thru the strength training personal sessions. Great instructors!
I like the variety of classes
I think the instructors are terrific. I am older and think there are a variety of classes that are suited for someone, like myself, who don't need the Silver Sneakers, but want a really good workout.
I really just come into workout, use the equipment
Love the water exercises. Wish more were available in the evenings. I work full time. Love my trainer Kelsey. She is helping me with a part of my life I have been missing. Excited to get healthy. Love the staff. Everyone is friendly.
People are so so welcoming especially Anna and Heather, I really love the community around everything.
Good youth sports programs
It's a family friendly environment with much to do for all ages. I coached my boys YMCA basketball and football teams for years, and those are some of our best memories.

I love Pilates. I would love to see a time I can attend—outside of my work hours. Perhaps 4 pm?
