Fun but need more coaches

We have both of a 4 year old and 10 year old in the current session and have been so happy and impressed with both of their instructors. Obviously they are working on very different skill sets and we found both of our kids are truly enjoying lessons, excited to get to their classes and improving their skills. Particularly for our preschooler (who struggled a lot during her last round of swimming lessons with fearing deep water and trusting teachers during lessons), she has done a complete 180 during this session and has made so much progress with participating and being excited to take her turn swimming around the pool with her teacher.

I've been coaching volleyball (on and Covid off) and back on again now, for the past 7 years (since my kids were 6 y/o and I gotta say Tom and team are nailing it like I've not experienced before. Tom, bro - you're doing an amazing job! Donna, also, a stalwart at every game, commanding respect and fun for everyone involved on the courts at all times. It feels like a really well-oiled machine, so whatever chaos or crazy coaches/parents may be happening on the back end, the entire Y team is handling it perfectly! Kudos to you all!
