There has been demonstrated a failure to communicate to the customers regarding the closures of walk in offices resulting in less than a high confidence level in Superior Propane. Better communication is recommended.

Didn’t like , long time on hold almost 1hr. When I did finally get thru there was no one in the service department to schedule an annual cleaning . Told they would call me back the next day . No one has called as of yet
