I like your customer service and fast turnaround. I called in an order for fuel last minute and ran myself out of heating fuel. The representative told me it usually takes from 5-7 business days to deliver but she would try to expedite the order since I was running out. I ended up getting a delivery within 2 days which was really awesome!

Last year was my first year ever with propane. The previous owners left us with basically nothing in the tanks. And silly me wasn’t sure how to read the meter thereafter. But Eaterm was SOOOO good about emergency delivery. The drivers are excellent. (I live in a very remote area). The office workers are so friendly and responsive and HELPFUL!!! And my delivery driver actually came into my home to do all the leak testing and guiding me through my dual service central propane heater and how to operate my two stand alone propane propane units as well. They’re awesome !!
