Friendly staff.
The warmth and joy that is expressed by the staff, the instructors, coaches and all those that work at the Y is inviting and delightful. There is always a loving hello when we enter and a wishful, pleasurable goodbye which invites us back.
The classes are creative and address the age bracket of the individuals attending. I attend Silver Sneakers, Zomba and other programs. Expressed is the purpose of the various exercises and everything is designed for overall health and well-being. I love the Y.

The YMCA is an inviting friendly place that offers a pleasant experience. I also appreciate the coffee that is available for us. Very lovely.
The staff
The aquatic personnel, especially the lifeguards. They are aware of my physical situation, and help me getting equipment needed. At the of my workout they ready and willing return my cane to me.
Also, the front desk workers are pleasant. They greet members and greet them by name.

the classes are the best - staff is amazing and the instructors are fantastic - just love it there

The family environment
The ability to make friends with the people you see on a regular basis. Very intimate environment-conducive to being social ( not loud!). Always seem management walking around checking on your comfort level & satisfaction. Clean - repairs to equipment made quickly
