I visited the Y last week want to get back with the Covid it has been hard always enjoyed working out and look forward to getting back on a regular basis
We attend daily to work out between 5:30 -6:30 am.
For the most part people are mindful of wiping down the machines. But, daily we see several men who touch the machines, work out on equipment, use the weights, and never wipe anything. We mentioned this a few months ago to the staff, but it is happening again and there is no staff upstairs.
Personal always friendly and ready to assist you on any needs that you may have, and make a lots of friends walking or any activities the time that you spend there!!

The pool is amazing, love the size of it! Easy to spread out
A beautiful facility. Lots to offer there. Beautiful pool and many machines are offered in the Wellness Center for a complete workout. Plus many friendly people at the front desk to help us register and get started at the Downriver YMCA.

We can’t speak highly enough of Downriver YMCA! My kids have a blast at kid’s club every time, and it feels more like visiting family than being at the gym. We recommend YMCA to everyone we can!

The equipment
The staff is courteous and helpful at all times, really like the classes I attend - Zumba and Chair Yoga.?the instructors make the classes fun. Cindy and Renae are great instructors and very professional. I enjoy coming to the Y for sure!
