I start every morning at The Downriver Family YMCA. The facilities are beautiful and well maintained and the staff is kind and helpful. I could not hope for a better and more accommodating place for my workouts.

The staff of the southgate YMCA is so helpful and polite and informative, friendly. Jay has a smile every morning (6am) she is such a lovely person!!
