Facilities: beautiful building, clean, variety of equipment, and a separate lap pool from the family pool, and lower pool temperature! Keep it low or lower it more!
Very nice & clean facility good area.
I love having a facility in the heart of downtown and love being able to explore the surrounding area. I love the class offerings although I wish there were more afternoon classes available. Mornings and evenings can be hard bc of my unique work schedule, so my membership often goes to waste unless I can make a Saturday class. The instructors are always amazing and the facility is beautiful. Hoping I can visit more often this year!
The Downtown Y is a great facility. Clean and well maintained. Staff is great. Overall it is a phenomenal value and the community is amazing. It's busy but never struggle to get in a good sweat whether it's swimming, running on the track, or lifting weights. Can't beat the location!

I love the Active Oldet Adults class. The instructors are attentive to our needs; they take time to give individuals any extra help or instructions as necessary. Marietta and Vernice have created a healthy, caring, friendly environment.

The group adult classes are fantastic! Would like more 6:15 AM or 7 AM classes. The coat racks could be dusted more frequently.

The parking lot seems to be empty these days. How about parking for the disabled elders who come for classes? I am able to park on the street at a distance so I’m lucky. Last week one woman spent 25 minutes trying to park close enough to get her wheelie suitcase through the snow banks. People on fixed income may not be able to afford the garage.

I love the facilities, it's the only place I can play squash in the city. Cycling class with David was absolutely incredible, super motivating and excellent vibes.

The facility is excellent. The pool is the best I have ever used; it is my primary reason for belonging to the Boll Family YMCA. I'm a senior and I appreciate the group exercise classes that include in-water exercise classes as well. The shower rooms are well maintained and the showers are always clean. The staff is unfailingly courteous and congenial. The lobby has a rotating art show that displays works by local artists, and the shows I have attended at the in-house theater have been wonderful. The outer walls are all glass and the experience is always well lighted and open feeling.
Parking is not great, but if I'm willing to drive around for a few minutes street parking is almost always available if I'm willing to walk a block or two. All bets are off for Sundays when theLions are playing. Oh, well, if that's the biggest complaint I have, I still would belong to the Boll Family Y.
