I've been a member for roughly five years. They keep improving the facilities and programming with little to no change in fees. It's a great value for anyone that wants to prioritize fitness and wellness ... at any age. The staff is prompt and friendly. The building is well maintained. The equipment is always in working order. The hours are great. And, the programming spans every kind of ability and age. I'm proud to be a member.
I love the Y! I moved to Detroit only a few months ago and the Y helped me quickly feel at home in a city I had previously never been to. The programs are great, and I am especially impressed with the Y arts program. I heard it was the only one in the country with a ceramics program? If so I feel really lucky. Keep up the great work!
Instructors, workout mates, facilities (with exception of the leg extension machine that keeps breaking) are great!

i enjoy the swimming pool and the classes, although I am disappointed there are not any body pump or spin classes in the morning (at a reasonable hour). There used to be a whole line up of 7 am classes. I miss that!!

Every time I go to the Y, I feel refreshed and recharged, like a new person. It’s a place where health is a priority, and a holistic approach to healing the body is paramount. Thank you for creating this refuge for many members.
Friendly, facilities kept up, has a pool and extensive weight room/track.
The Y need a sauna.

The instructers & the classes. Wish easy Yoga was later in the day. I love Nadia's spirit! Love the dance classes.
I enjoyed the people, the instructor, and the exercise class. I attended the active older adult exercise class. The instructor was a nice person. She made me feel at home. I thought the class was fun. I plan to return for another class.
Because I work out, there regularly. They have new equipment that’s readily accessible. And the staff is friendly.

Love the pool and the lifeguards! The showers had been cleaned really well this week, I know the black mold is hard to keep up with. Only reason I don’t score 10 is the parking

I love how easy it is to navigate the app to sign up for classes. The instructors have been great as I’ve joined each class they take their time to introduce themselves and help me get all set up and ready for the class. I just joined this month so I look forward to taking more classes and utilizing more of the facilities at the Y!
