A great place with friendly and helpful staff. It's a very pleasant , safe, and clean environment.I highly reccomend the Downtown facility. Especially the walk/run indoor track!!! Great for all seasons!!! Keep up the great work!!!

Staff are friendly, nice equipment, a lot of space. Most members are extremely respectful. Suggestions I have would be a few pieces of additional equipment: laying hamstring curl machine, side shoulder raise machine, plate loaded flat bench.

I love sharing swimming and other exercise with my family. It is fun, helps us bond and is an example to the youngsters; showing the importance of lifelong regular exercise.

One feedback thought - I use the Y primarily for swimming and very much miss having the towel service that was offered pre-Covid. I bike for transportation and carrying a wet towel around all day is not ideal! Will this be coming back at all?

This Y is very clean, full of approachable employees, and always greets you with a smile. The equipment is good and the facility is very clean. Locker rooms are the best around! I highly recommend!

I love the cleanliness of the gym. Ariel has worked there for years and is very pleasant and informative. I’ve been a member since 2006 & have always recommended the Boll Family Y.
I just wish members had access to the surrounding parking garages at a reduced rate. This is the main reason people shy away from the gym. Street parking can be hectic especially during events downtown.
