I really love the staff (so kind and helpful) and the facilities (clean and well-maintained). There's always a positive atmosphere at the Boll Family Y.
I HATE HATE HATE the new app launched 8/7 though. It is not at all easy to use and has FAR, FAR less functionality than the old one. Impossible to find and register for classes, all the Ys are mixed together, search function doesn't work well, no way to track workouts or points ... I could go on and on.
Please fix the new app, or go back to the old one!

I take the group classes and enjoy that they are open to everyone no matter what your fitness level is or if you need to bring your children. My daughter is special needs and is accepted and welcome here.
This is really important to me that I can have a place to workout and work on my fitness goals without having to find a babysitter for my daughter who has autism.

Both pools are beautifully maintained, clear, and gentle on the eyes because of the particular chemical conditioners used. The exercise pool is several degrees warmer than the lap pool with grab bars around the edges, no-ladder easy entry via a slanting bottom, an in-pool jacuzzi that is excellent for rehab. The staff are unfailingly friendly, polite, and competent. The locker rooms are roomy and clean. The entire space is airy and bright with natural light due to glass walls and high ceilings. The environment enhances both my mental and physical health, and I always look forward to my next visit.

I love the Silver Sneakers classes . The people at the front desk are always welcoming and positive. The day camp kids are a delight to watch.
