Water aerobics with Mary is perfect for me, I have arthritis and can’t do many types of workouts. I like the women’s locker room for the pool as well. Staff is friendly.

The pool! How well the Y programs have served our family over the years, from a pre-natal exercise class in my 30s where I formed lasting relationships to my water aerobics class where, in my 80’s, I enjoy seeing friends every week.
Staff is nice and helpful
What my husband & I like about the Y is that it’s a “normal”, understated, calm place. No drama. No one about trying to look or be “cool” or “hip”. Just a place to go get your exercise on their great selection of machines, wearing normal gym clothes, and then go home. No mess, fuss, or stress; time away from what can be a messy, stressful world. Thank you YMCA!

I am a senior so I love exercising in the deep water pool. I have rheumatoid arthritis, stenosis of the spine and knee problems so the pool is excellent was to get a great work out. I am in the pool 3/4 days each week. The life guards are conscientious and caring. Excellent place to exercise.
