The in home exterminator, Jason, is always kind. I especially appreciate that Jason always wears shoe covers every time he enters my home. And most importantly, the extermination lasts for months.

My technician always calls me prior to coming out. This is very important because we work a hybrid schedule and need to be available when technical arrives. In addition, we don't want the technician to drive to our location and we are not there.
Our service person, Leigh was here at the time suggested, was courteous and friendly on her arrival. Used foot covers while in the house and explained what she was using to maintain a insect free home. We had not seen any "bugs" but we use Northwest as a precaution to avoid any problems. We love Zach & Nwest. They always respond quickly with all of our critters!!!! Since we are a business, we must use creative treatments. Zach knows exactly what to do for our needs!!
Joyce always lets me know approximate time Eric will arrive and service our building. Eric doer a great job of treating our facility and notes any problems we’ve had in the previous month and does what’s necessary to correct the problems.
Also their friendly attitude makes them enjoyable to work with.
