Leigh, comes to our building always with a great attitude. We have zero complaints from office staff /or from the manufacturing shop talent. No sign of mice; if a bug is found it is found dead. We know ants are about to start their nasty march to find food... Leigh somehow finds those lines on the exterior of the building and treats that area so that there is less chance of them finding a way into the offices. Thank you Leigh for the great service, and to Northwest for products that work!

Initial meeting was very thorough, and Keith was excellent. We walked through our entire property inside and out - he even reminded me to send the bldg plans etcetera so we could get started. Have had a few dead ones since our service but NO LIVE ONES! always a win!

They always keep the schedule. Eric, the technician, is prompt and thorough and lets me know if he notices anything that needs attention. I appreciate the call to let me know the service time is on the schedule. I only work part time at the building, but I'm always given plenty of notice to be able to meet Eric to get the job done.
