James called in advance to confirm timing, and beyond confirming adjusted timing within the appt window when I mentioned I’d possibly still be on a meeting. Also appreciate that he listened to the particular challenges we were having around ants and addressed that in addition to just standard treatment, as well as provided guidance on cautions to take for my pup per treatment areas.

We have not experienced any negative services from Northwest Exterminating. If we have to contact them about an issue, they respond quickly. Our Account Sales Manager is quick to respond to any questions/concerns we may have. They do an excellent job.
