Our tech Rachel is super nice. She always checks to make sure we haven’t had any issues.
Once we had a dead rat inside when our storage area was cleaned out. I called to see if we needed to add any traps or anything else. One of your guys came out to get rid of the rat for me. Which was not necessary but super appreciated.

Upon each service visit, the tech makes sure to brush away cob webs exterior of building and since we began the service with North west exterminating we have no mice of bug issues.

Our technician, Zach, is wonderful! He does a great job, always checks in with us to see how things are going and if there are any problem areas. Any time we've had a pest issue, he's been able to come out and assess things in a timely manner. Highly recommend!
