A year or so ago, I would encounter a cockroach on occasion. Mostly in the garage, but in the house too. Northwest came out and treated and they've disappeared. I never even see them in the garage, even though I'm looking for them! I like the customer service that Northwest provides and the fact that you don't inconvenience us when you do your treatments.

I had termites in a prior home and had a hard time getting rid of them so I am extremely pleased that I have been in my home for 14 years and have not seen any.
And on this most recent visit to check for termites, they let me know that I have moles in my yard and that I should call to ask to have someone come out to treat the yard. Service us great and I highly recommend them!
